The remains of a 1/4 Mile race track from the 60's

Someone told me about this 1/4 Mile track existing out near the 401, so I started looking for it on Google Earth. Right away I noticed a long strip of pavement in the middle of a field, complete with what looked like a smaller road looping back beside it. A week later, I went and checked it out with my friend John. This track opened in 1968 and I believe that it closed and reopened and then closed for good in the 70's. To stop people from still racing their cars on the track, they put piles of dirt on the track. As soon as we got to this place, we were happy to see both of the concession stands still sort of there. The 2 storey scoring booth was in pieces though..
